I cannot begin to put a value on the assistance and guidance Tina and Broadway Studios provided for our home building project. She took the time to be involved in all of our early meetings to discuss floor plan and design considerations, helping us define the style we wanted, all the while very conscious of our budget goals. It was such a time and energy saver to be able to review and compare samples for siding, roofing, stone, flooring, cabinets, hardware, paint, and other items in her office, and she facilitated our visits to vendors for appliances, plumbing and lighting. If we couldn’t find what we were looking for, she was always willing to assist with finding online resources, and when things we had chosen and ordered turned out to not be available, or had a major price change, she was the first to research and find alternatives. Tina compiled and delivered the sample boards required by our HOADesign Review Committee, and was always available for their questions as well. When you factor in that she provided all of this assistance in a time of unprecedented supply chain issues, I cannot imagine how we would have gotten our home completed, and with such wonderful result without her!I would never hesitate to recommend Tina Nelson and Broadway Studios!

Over the past two years, we’ve had the pleasure of working with Tina Nelson of Boardwalk Studios on our new home build in Carbondale, Colorado, and have only glowing things to say about our experience.
